個人的にJUVENTUS CARDを作ってみました。ユヴェンティーニの皆様が作る際の参考になればと思い、申し込み方法を共有させていただきます（本ブログ内容についての質問をファンクラブ宛にいただいても回答できませんのでご了承ください）。
オフィシャルファンクラブ経由でも作成可能ですが、早く欲しいという方は個人で申し込んでみてください。
※オフィシャルファンクラブ経由での購入方法は、別途会員の皆様にお知らせがありますので、続報をお待ちください。
■ JUVENTUS CARDとは
JUVENTUS CARD=Tessera del Tifoso (English: Supporter’s ID Card)で、特定の協会のサッカークラブのファンとサポーターを識別するための身分証明書です（Wiki参照）。
フーリガンじゃないよということを示すためのカードです。
J1897などでチケットを買う際に必要だったのですが、オフィシャルファンクラブ経由で購入する際にも必要になるようです。

The Juventus Card (previously known as the Supporters’ Card) is a personal card that enables you to enter Allianz Stadium and visit other stadiums in Italy in the event that restrictions are imposed by the authorities.
→ユヴェントスカード（以前はサポーターズカードと呼ばれていました）は、当局によって制限が課せられた場合に、アリアンツスタジアムに入場し、イタリアの他のスタジアムを訪れることができる個人カードです。
The Juventus Card will be available from the 2019/20 season and will be valid from ten years from the date of issue.
→2019/20シーズンから10年間有効です。
The new card will have the same functions as the Supporters’ Card, which can be used until expiry.
In order to obtain a Juventus Card, you must upload a valid ID document. Your Juventus Card will be sent within 25 days of validation of the document by Juventus.
→ユヴェントスカードを取得するには、有効なID文書をアップロードする必要があります。ユヴェントスカードは、ユヴェントスによる文書の検証から25日以内に送信されます。

In order to buy a Juventus Card, you must be a registered user on juventus.com
→ユヴェントスカードを購入するには、juventus.comの登録ユーザーである必要があります。
All J1897 and Black&White Members must have a Juventus Card or valid Supporters’ Card in order to purchase tickets through the early-bird ticketing phases reserved for members
→J1897やBlack&Whiteがチケットを購入する場合には、Supporters’ Cardが必要です。
J1897 and Black&White Members get a discount on the cost of the Juventus Card
→J1897やBlack&Whiteメンバーは割引価格でカードを作ることができます(送料分が割り引かれます)。

According to Article 1341 of the ltalian Civil Code, I specifically approve the Articles 3 (suspension of the Juventus Card) and 5 (grounds for exclusion from the Program, and refusal to issue, revocation or suspension of the Juventus Card)

9.メールが届くので、メールを開いてUpload Your Documentsを押して登録画面を開く
10.パスポートの画像Upload(5MB以内のサイズ)
※私はスキャナーで取り込みましたが、カメラでも大丈夫だと思います。
11.パスポートの有効期限を入力
12.continue
13.確認してcontinue
14.購入プロセスを評価するように言われるので星をつけてcontinue
